Book a free conversation of up to one hour to discuss your delivery setup, the problems you’re experiencing and what you want to improve. We’ll use that conversation to agree the scope and fixed fee for an assessment.
Understand the current setup Link to heading
Every implementation engagement starts with a paid assessment. Even when you have a clear brief, we review the actual setup and confirm the assumptions before committing to changes.
Assessments typically involve 2–5 days of work. We’ll agree the coverage, report format, timing and fixed fee with you before starting, tailored to your situation.
You’ll receive a documented report covering:
- What we reviewed and who we spoke to.
- How your delivery pipelines work today, supported by available data and observations.
- The problems and risks we found, including gaps in the evidence.
- Prioritised recommendations to standardise and simplify delivery.
- Suggested next steps, dependencies and risks to help you plan the work.
The report gives you a basis for deciding what to change, in what order, and how to balance the risks. You can use it to scope implementation with GajaTech, your own team or another supplier.
Agree the implementation Link to heading
If you choose to continue with GajaTech, we’ll use the assessment to agree a focused piece of implementation work. A starting scope could be one application or service, one repository and an agreed set of environments.
Before implementation starts, we’ll agree the deliverables, responsibilities, completion criteria, timing and price in writing. Detailed implementation design and a statement of work are agreed separately from the assessment report.
You’ll work directly with Ra-el on the assessment, setup and handover. Further development or delivery support can be agreed as your project needs it.
